Instructions
Whisk the eggs, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt in a shallow dish.
Dip each cinnamon raisin bagel slice in the egg mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook the bagel slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Top with fresh berries and drizzle with a small amount of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
