Ingredients

  • 647 Cinnamon Raisin Bagel, sliced in half
  • 2 large eggs (or egg whites for a lighter option)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Fresh strawberries and raspberries, for topping
  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk the eggs, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and a pinch of sea salt in a shallow dish.
  2. Dip each cinnamon raisin bagel slice in the egg mixture, ensuring it's well-coated.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly spray with cooking spray. Cook the bagel slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
  4. Top with fresh berries and drizzle with a small amount of honey or maple syrup for sweetness.
